The Online Electronic Portfolio

The Electronic Portfolio (“ePortfolio”) is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The ePortfolio is a valuable tool that increases a Talents visibility exponentially. The ePortfolio allows two primary things to occur. The first is that the Talent can direct people, (agents, producers, directors, etc.) to view their complete multimedia portfolio from anywhere in the world at any time. The second is the ability for Casting Directors and Producers to search through the Talent Book and FIND YOU!

The ePortfolio is made up of 5 areas including; “Profile”, “Resume”, “Photos”, “Video” and “Audio”. Each one of these areas is available for editing by the talent to assure accuracy and completeness.

The first area is the “Profile” or composite sheet (Comp Sheet). This includes a Headshot and a summary of physical proportions as well as skills and experience.

The second are is the “Resume”. It expands the summary information located on the Profile and details all of the skills and experience of the talent. Sections can include Theatre, Television, Film and Commercial depending upon the talent’s experience.

The third section is “Photos” and can contain up-to 6 distinct images of the talent. Thumbnails of each of the photos are displayed down the left-hand side of the page and when clicked they are displayed full-size.

The fourth area is the “Video”. This area contains the Screen Test and other digitized video reels the Talent may have.
